Production technology of Henschel in Heilbad Heiligenstadt
The TS Henschel Fertigungstechnik GmbH is a subsidiary of the TS Henschel GmbH. We decided to found this company because we would like to improve the quality of our products and our delivery. Therefor we chose the location “Heiligenstadt” in Germany, which is nearby Kassel.
On a floor area of 1,500 square-meters we process mechanically high-quality products for the engineering and gearbox section. The machinery pool consists of modern machines from the german industry such as SHW, Zeiss, Hüller Hille, DMG Mori Seiki, Jaespa and Hessapp. They guarantee a good quality at a high level. Our employees plan, control and organize the smooth production process in an air-conditioned production.
The TS Henschel Fertigungstechnik GmbH is specialized in the high- precision machining of parts and components made of cast iron, steel as well as welding constructions. Because of the high degree of automation in the handling of the parts it is possible to realize the production of single parts and also medium and large scale production. Modern CNC- controlled machines and equipment combined with the latest measurement technology guarantee an efficient and cost- effective production at the highest quality standards. All products pass through numerous strict testing and quality steps during the complete manufacturing process. This ensures the delivery of the goods in accordance to the drawings. Therefore TS Henschel Fertigungstechnik GmbH stands for highest standards, precision and flexibility in the mechanical processing of turned and milled parts.
By implementing optimum processes the company management has established the prerequisites to meet highest requirements regarding quality and environmental standards.
Our highly qualified staff is always at the state of the art by means of regular training courses and further trainings.

The company was founded in 2009 in Heiligenstadt and is just 50 kilometres away from Kassel. It is a modern machinery park where the gearbox housings and the melt pumps will be produced and installed.
