Brand new thought: The Henschel melt pump. Higher throughput. Half the energy consumption.
The Xtreamor ensures a constant process pressure with a minimum rise of the material temperature. Highly filled media with more than 80% filler content make as little a challenge as solid particles in the material. Even at high viscosities, only a small pre pressure is required for feeding the pump and thus relieves the upstream extruder considerably.
To meet the specific requirements in mass production, it is our aim to sustainably verify the jointly developed system solutions in our test lab.
